  • Not to worry! In the event your planner or coordinator cannot work, another HBE coordinator or associate planner will fill in with no change of service to you.

  • All wedding services include your lead planner or coordinator and a second coordination assistant. Any additional staffing will be billed at a rate of $100 per staff for the first hour and $30 per hour per staff after that.

  • We will set up items being provided by the couple - this often includes items such as signs, cardbox, guestbook, photos, table numbers, placecards, decorations. This does not automatically include set up or strike of tasks assumed to be other vendors responsibility including florals.

    Our primary responsibility as your Planner and day of coordinator is to be a central point of contact and information for all vendors and the wedding party, as well as leading you and your wedding party through the day and all of it's events.

  • Absolutely! The timeline is a central logistic for everyone involved in the wedding, vendors and guests. Book an appointment anytime to start drafting your timeline together.

  • We take pride in being with an event until it's over. With this commitment there is no limit on the duration of our service on a wedding day.

    However, overtime billing would occur in the following instances:

    • if our services extend beyond 14 consecutive hours, overtime will be billed to you at a rate of $100 per half hour

    • If tear down at the end of the night exceeds one hour post the event end time, overtime will be billed to you at a rate of $100 per half hour, even if the 14 hour threshold has not been met

    The 14 hour threshold is based on the average amount of time we have spent at weddings including set up and preparations, the active event, and end of night organization.

  • Yes! Included in any service is your planner or coordinator's attendance at a one-hour ceremony rehearsal. We are happy to help run the rehearsal as needed.

  • Victoria's event background began in 2012 and has been working weddings operating Honeybee Events since 2018. Caroline has been a part of the team since 2021.
